Cave Exploration

After the S2S team had a chance to tour Lehman’s Cave, they were excited to explore more of the caves at Great Basin. The team had a chance to explore Rose Cave and Little Muddy Cave in addition to sections of Lehman’s Cave not open to the general public. Some of the caving required appropriate training and preparation. The entrances were tight and difficult to navigate, but some team members were more than up for the challenge. They were able to scramble through to some spaces rarely viewed by the human eye.
