S2S begins construction on American Kestrel nest box network for Manassas Battlefield Park

S2S Executive Director Michael Cohn has been hard at work constructing nest boxes for our American Kestrel nest box network at Manassas Battlefield Park. Using a blueprint provided by Lance Morrow, Mike has ordered the necessary supplies and gotten started with construction. We hope to make our first delivery to Manassas in the coming weeks! Mike’s word working skills have been invaluable as we have been able to source the wood at a good price to ensure we can construct 40 nest boxes for the network!
